At The Official SLAM Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed merchandise. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and custom items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
